INGREDIENTS
3 LBS Beef Chuck Roast, Cleaned and Trimmed Cut into Chunks
1 Cup Celery Chopped
1 Cup Onions Chopped
2 Russet Potatoes Chopped
1 Cup Carrots Chopped
2 Cups Beef Bone Broth
15oz Tomato Sauce
½ Cup Coconut Aminos
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Thyme
½ Teaspoon Rosemary
1 Cup Peas
2 Tablespoons Arrowroot
ASSEMBLY
- Add the bone broth, tomato sauce, and coconut aminos to the slow cooker. Mix well.
- Add the garlic powder, salt, thyme, and rosemary to the slow cooker. Mix well.
- Add the beef, celery, onions, carrots, and potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- After 7 hours mix in the peas and the arrowroot. Cook for the remaining hour.
- Serve, and ENJOY!
