BEEF INGREDIENTS
1LB Grass-fed Ground Beef
1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
½ Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
¼ Teaspoon Onion Powder
½ Teaspoon Coriander
1 ½ Teaspoons Cumin
½ Cup Salsa – No Sugar Added
WRAP INGREDIENTS
6 Large Burrito Flour Tortillas
6 Taco Flour Tortillas
1 ½ Cups Tortilla Chips, Smashed
Avocado Oil to Coat the Crunch Wraps
¾ Cup Sour Cream
3 Tablespoons Onion Finely Diced
1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar
¾ Cup Tomatoes Diced
1 ½ Cups Lettuce Shredded
Salsa for Dipping
ASSEMBLY
- Make the beef. In a large frying pan brown the beef on medium low heat.
- In a small mixing bowl combine chili powder, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, coriander and cumin.
- Add the taco seasoning, ¼ cup of water and salsa to your beef.
- Mix well and simmer.
- Let the beef cool so it’s easy to work with.
- To assemble the crunch wraps, line up all of the ingredients like an assembly line.
- Lay down the large burrito tortilla.
- Add ½ cup beef, 2 Tablespoons sour cream, ½ Tablespoon onion, ¼ cup cheese, 1/8 cup tomatoes, ¼ cup tortilla chips, and ¼ cup lettuce.
- Place the taco sized tortilla on top of the beef mixture, directly in the middle.
- Carefully start closing the large tortilla by wrapping the edges over each other to form the shape of a star.
- Once the tortilla is wrapped all the way around and enclosed, carefully brush the side with the exposed taco tortilla with avocado oil.
- Place the crunch wrap on a large griddle or frying pan with the taco tortilla side down.
- Brush the other side with avocado oil. Continue with the remaining crunch wraps.
- Pan fry the crunch wraps on both sides until each side is golden brown and crispy.
- Cut the crunch wrap in half and serve with your favorite taco toppings.
