ASSEMBLY
- Add the oil, onions, and garlic to a Dutch oven or a soup pot. Sauté over medium low heat until the onions are translucent.
- Add the remaining ingredients, and carefully stir to avoid breaking the beans. Bring to a simmer.
- Simmer on low for 40 minutes.
- Serve the chili with your favorite toppings! Sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, tortilla chips, etc.
