PROTEIN BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups Paleo Flour, Bob’s Red Mill

1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder, FlavCity

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder

1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt

½ Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Bananas Overripe and Mashed

½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

¼ Cup Maple Syrup

¼ Cup Coconut Sugar

¼ Cup Avocado Oil

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder

½ Cup Walnuts Chopped

ASSEMBLY

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a stand mixer.  Mix on medium speed until fully combined. 
  2. Pour the batter in a greased 9×5 loaf pan.
  3. Bake at 350F for 50 – 55 minutes. 
  4. Cover the bread with foil after 20 minutes of baking to prevent the top from browning. 
  5. When the bread is done baking, let it cool in the baking dish with the foil on top until it’s cool enough to handle. 
  6. Transfer to a cooling rack.
  7. ENJOY!
