INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Paleo Flour, Bob’s Red Mill
1 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder, FlavCity
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
¾ Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt
½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Bananas Overripe and Mashed
½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
¼ Cup Maple Syrup
¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
¼ Cup Avocado Oil
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Bean Powder
½ Cup Walnuts Chopped
ASSEMBLY
- Add all of the ingredients to a stand mixer. Mix on medium speed until fully combined.
- Pour the batter in a greased 9×5 loaf pan.
- Bake at 350F for 50 – 55 minutes.
- Cover the bread with foil after 20 minutes of baking to prevent the top from browning.
- When the bread is done baking, let it cool in the baking dish with the foil on top until it’s cool enough to handle.
- Transfer to a cooling rack.
