WING INGREDIENTS
1 ½ LBS Raw Chicken Wings
3 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
BUTTERMILK RANCH INGREDIENTS
½ Cup Buttermilk
½ Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
1 tsp White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 tsp Dried Dill
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
ASSEMBLY
- Make the dressing. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Whisk until fully combined.
- Chill until ready to serve.
- Make the chicken wings. Place the chicken wings in an air fryer basket.
- Fry at 400F for 40 minutes, flipping once at 20 minutes.
- While the wings are frying, heat a small sauce pan on low heat and melt the butter.
- Whisk in the hot sauce and let it simmer on low until wings are done.
- In a large mixing bowl add wings and sauce.
- Coat all of the wings with hot sauce mixture.
