INGREDIENTS
FOR THE DRESSING
½ Cup Avocado Oil Mayo
¼ Cup Sour Cream
¼ Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 Green Onion Finely Diced
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
2 Teaspoons Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Dried Dill
1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
½ Teaspoon Paprika
½ Jalapeno, Seeded
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
1 Teaspoon Cracked Pepper
FOR THE SLAW
8 Cups Shredded Green Cabbage
½ Cup Red Onion Thinly Sliced
1/2 Bunch of Cilantro Loosely Chopped
DRESSING ASSEMBLY
- In a food processer or blender add the mayo, sour cream, heavy cream, diced onions, garlic, parsley, dill, vinegar, paprika, jalapeno, salt and pepper.
- Blend until smooth.
SLAW ASSEMBLY
- In a large mixing bowl add the cabbage, onion, cilantro, dressing, salt and pepper.
- Mix well until the slaw is completely coated with the dressing.
