3 Romaine Hearts Chopped into Bitesize Pieces
½ Cup Red Onion Sliced
¾ Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
4 Slices Bacon Cooked and Crumbled
4 Hardboiled Pasture Free-Range Eggs Diced
4 Tablespoons Pine Nuts Toasted
2 Avocadoes Sliced
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
ASSEMBLY
- On a large serving platter, lay the romaine.
- Evenly divide and arrange onion, tomatoes, bacon, eggs, pine nuts, and avocadoes in a row on top of the lettuce.
- Top with salt and pepper.
- Pour ranch dressing into 4 small sauce ramekins and serve with the salad.
