INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Cilantro Chopped
1 Jicama Diced into Bite Size Pieces
½ Cup Red Onion Finely Diced
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
½ Tablespoon Lime Juice
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
ASSEMBLY
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Chill before serving.
