INGREDIENTS
1 Head of Cauliflower Chopped
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
2 Teaspoons Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Himalayan Salt
½ Cup Hot Sauce
ASSEMBLY:
- Preheat Oven to 450° Fahrenheit.
- In a small sauce pan on low add avocado oil and sauté garlic and salt.
- In a large plastic baggie, add cauliflower and avocado oil mixture. Close the baggie and evenly coat the cauliflower with the oil mixture.
- Place cauliflower in a glass baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Coat the cauliflower with the hot sauce and bake for another 15 minutes.
