INGREDIENTS
8 oz Fresh Mozzarella Moon-Shape Sliced
1 Peach Moon-Shape Sliced
½ Cup Grape Tomatoes Sliced
2 Tablespoons Fresh Basil Chopped
½ Cup Balsamic Vinegar
ASSEMBLY
- In a small sauce pan over medium high heat, bring your vinegar to a boil.
- Reduce and simmer for 15 minutes until your sauce has reduced and coats the back of a spoon.
- Arrange your mozzarella and peaches on a serving platter and cover with the tomatoes.
- Drizzle a small amount of the balsamic over the mozzarella and peaches. The vinegar has a strong flavor, remember a little goes a long way.
- Top with fresh basil.
