INGREDIENTS
1 Celery Root Peeled and Pulsed in a Food Processor Into Shreds
3 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter
1 Cup Yellow Onion Diced
1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
5 – 6 Slices of Bacon Cooked and Chopped
Himalayan Salt and Cracked Pepper to Taste
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized frying pan melt butter over medium low heat.
- Add celery root, onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Sauté until celery root becomes soft and onions turn translucent, 8 – 10 minutes.
- Mix in bacon and add to a small glass baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar and bake at 375° Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
