INGREDIENTS
1 Medium Sized Butternut Squash Cut into 1” Cubes
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
1 Pack of Uncured and Gluten Free Bacon
½ Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon of Thyme
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized mixing bowl combine the squash, avocado oil, garlic powder and thyme.
- Cut the bacon slices in half to make smaller pieces for wrapping each butternut squash cube.
- Wrap each piece of butternut squash and place in a medium sized baking dish.
- Bake at 400° Fahrenheit for 50 – 60 minutes or until bacon is at the desired crispiness.
