INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
4oz Full-Fat Plain Cream Cheese, Cubed
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar
4.5oz Can Chopped Green Chiles
Himalayan Sea Salt
¼ Teaspoon Paprika
¼ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
ASSEMBLY
- In a medium sized sauce pan on medium low heat add heavy cream and whisk continuously.
- As the cream becomes hot, slowly whisk in the cream cheese cubes. Continue to whisk until the cream cheese is completely melted.
- Slowly whisk in the shredded cheddar, paprika, garlic powder, salt and green chiles.
- Continue whisking until the cheese is melted and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve warm with vegetables or grain free tortilla chips.
