INGREDIENTS
1 Celery Root Peeled and Cut into French Fry Sticks
1 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
½ Tablespoon Himalayan Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika
ASSEMBLY
- In a small bowl mix together salt, garlic powder and onion powder to make fry seasoning.
- Place celery root sticks in a large baggie with avocado oil and fry seasoning. Seal the bag and evenly coat all the fries with the avocado oil and half of the seasoning.
- Place fries in the air fryer at 400° Fahrenheit.
- Bake for 8 minutes and flip fries, bake for an additional 8 minutes, flip and bake for 5 more minutes or until desired crispiness.
- Sprinkle with remaining seasoning and serve with organic sugar free ketchup.
